  • The firm does not produce case studies or publish references without explicit written authorisation.
  • Consulting directors are bound by strict confidentiality commitments, reaffirmed annually, and continuing beyond any engagement.
  • Internal governance structures ensure these standards are upheld without exception.
  • No engagement — its existence or its substance — is used for any purpose other than serving the client.

Initial conversations are treated with the same discretion as formal mandates.
